The answer here would be D as both of the numbers 10 And 6 have been multiplied by 3:

10 : 6
x3 x3
30 : 18

Answer:

D.
(30)/(18)

Explanation:

Multiply the numerator of one ratio with the denominator of the other. If the products are equal, then the ratios are proportional.

A)

(15)/(12) =(10)/(6) \\15*6=12*10\\90\\eq120

∴ NOT proportional

B)

(30)/(9) =(10)/(6) \\30*6=9*10\\180\\eq90

∴ NOT proportional

C)

(20)/(9) =(10)/(6) \\20*6=9*10\\120\\eq90

∴ NOT proportional

D)

(30)/(18) =(10)/(6) \\30*6=18*10\\180=180

∴ PROPORTIONAL
