she needs to add Seeds, Cheese , Yogurt, Sardines and Canned Salmon, Beans and Lentils, Almonds, Whey Protein, Some Leafy Greens , Rhubarb, Fortified Foods , Amaranth , Edamame and Tofu, Fortified Drinks, Figs and finally Milk to her diet to stay rich in calcium.
