Answer: 6

Explanation:

The slope of ST is

(-5-0)/(0-(-6))=-(5)/(6)

The slope of UV is

(y-1)/(-9-(-3))=(y-1)/(-6)
Since parallel segments have the same slope,

-(5)/(6)=-(y-1)/(6)\\\\5=y-1\\\\y=6
