Answer:

(4, 0) is the x-intercept.

Explanation:

3x+2(0)=12

Find the x-intercept by substituting 0 for y and solving the equation for x.

3x equals 12

3x=12

x equals 4

x=4

(4, 0) is the x-intercept.

turn that equation into y = mx + b.

2y = -3x + 12

y =

( - 3)/(2)x + 6
the

( - 3)/(2)
is the slope and the 6 is the y-intercept

to graph it draw a point on the y intercept so (0,6) and draw some more points while going down the slope. you read the top number, thats the y, and bottom number is x. so you go 3 points down and 2 points to the right, and draw a line between thsoe points
