Answer:

15:

Perimeter = 167

16:

Perimeter= 8x + 18

Explanation:

15:

Perimeter of triangle = sum of length of all of its sides

As it is given that

side 1
=x^(2)-10

side 2
=2x^(2)+14

side 3 = 5x + 25

and

x= 6

Now

Perimeter =
x^(2)-10+2x^(2)+14+5x + 25

putting x = 6

we get

Perimeter =
6^(2)-10+2*(6)^(2)+14+5(6) + 25

Perimeter =
36-10+2*36+14+30 + 25

Perimeter =
36-10+72+14+30 + 25

Solving it gives

Perimeter = 167

16:

Perimeter of the following shape will be sum of all of its sides

So

Perimeter = (4x - 5 ) + (x-4) + (x+6)+(x+3)+(2x+3)+(x+15)

= 4x -5 +x -4 + x + 6 + x + 3 + 2x + 3 + x + 15

=4x + x +x+2x+x-5-4+6+3+3+15

=8x + 18

So

Perimeter = 8x + 18
