The principle of the separation of powers

The correct answer for this question is D, all the examples in A, B and C are correct.

The separation of powers means that the governmental authority is divided into three branches: legislative (Parliament or Senate), executive (President or Prime Minister and the Cabinet), and judiciary (Chief Justice and other judges) .

When this principle works correctly all the powers works freely and toghether for the wellness of the inhabitants
