Variations occurs in flowering plants due to many factors which are either environmental factor which might cause mutation or adaptation or can be genetic makeup of such flowering plants. Examples of such variations are the flower color, shape and size which do exist in flowering plant population all over the world.

While some flowers might have come from the same specie, their flower colour might actually varies.

For example a flowers from the same specie may have a darker or a lighter color, or the height might be different just to adapt to the environment better.
