Answer:

y=(x)/(2) + 3

Explanation:

Hello

according to the graph shown we can select two points of the line to find its slope

let´s take p1(0,3) and p2(-6,0)

the slope is

s=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) \\s=(0-3)/(-6-0) \\s=(-3)/(-6) \\s=(1)/(2)

using the Point-slope form and substituting with p1(0,3)

y-y_(0) =s(x-x_(0) ) \\y-3 =(1)/(2) (x-0 ) \\y=(x)/(2) +3

the equation that describes the linear function is

y=(x)/(2) +3

Have a great day
