Answer:

B: provides information to the user from the computer

Step-by-step explanation:

Any device that outputs information processed by a computer is called an output peripheral. Most information on a computer is reproduced in a visual or audio format, and the most common output peripherals are the monitor, speakers, and printer.

The video monitor is a temporary output device because if the power is interrupted the information that was on the screen will be lost, so that there is a permanent source of consultation it is necessary to resort to other existing output peripherals.

The answer is B: provides information to the user from the computer

To put this in very simple terms, output peripherals are devices that are plugged in to your computer and give you information. The best example to use is a Monitor. A monitor displays graphic elements to the user. Without it, we will not be able to operate a computer. In general terms though, when we are describing peripherals, we describe them as I/O (Input/Output) devices. Devices that provide output and input for the computer.
