Answer:

The one with trapezoids in the top right hand corner

Explanation:

All you have to do is find the multiplier and see if all sides can be multiplyed by that in the smaller triangle to amount to the larger one.

Ex: 5 x 2.5 = 12.5

3 x 2.5 = 7.5

The multiplyer is 2.5 btw.

Answer:

The trapezoids and the rectangles are similar

Explanation:

we know that

If two figures are similar

then

The ratio of their corresponding sides is equal

We will proceed to verify each case

case A) Right triangles

(18)/(8)=(24)/(15)

2.25=1.6 ------> is not true

therefore

the right triangles are not similar

case B) Isosceles triangle and equilateral triangle

Are not similar, because the first is an isosceles triangle and the second is an equilateral triangle

case C) Trapezoids

(7.5)/(3)=(12.5)/(5)=(20)/(8)=(30)/(12)

2.5=2.5=2.5=2.5 ------> is true

therefore

the trapezoid figures are similar

case D) Rectangles

(22)/(13.75)=(16)/(10)

1.6=1.6 ------> is true

therefore

the rectangles are similar
