The decision to smoke is a personal choice that is not to be decided upon by government officials. It will only encourage people to smuggle. The deprivation of nicotine will grow so strong they will find ways to fulfill their needs. It also infringes on the first amendment, Freedom of religion. Native Americans use tobacco as a part of their religious ceremonies. The government also collects tax revenue from the sales. Without the tax revenue we will have to pay more on both state and federal taxes.
