insipid

Insipid is used to describe something that is dull or boring. It would best fit this question. Solicitude is a care or concern. Fastidious is paying attention to detail. Specious seems correct but is actually wrong. Abrogated is repealed. Cursory means to be quick about something, not very detailed. Superlatives are adjectives that describe something as the most or best. Vitiate is to spoil or mess up the quality of something. Propensity is a talent. Bugbear is dislike or hate.

Insipid is an adjective used to describe something or someone that is uninteresting, dull, or boring. (ex: "The play was so insipid, I almost fell asleep.")

It can also be used to describe flavour (ex: weak, bland, tasteless)
