(0,-3) = (x1,y1)

(4,5) = (x2,y2)

Slope =
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

=
(5-(-3))/(4-0)

=
(5+3)/(4)

=
(8)/(4)

It depends which pair goes first but the formula is Y2-y1 over x2-x1
