and that of the translated triangle is:

A'(3, -2), B(7, -3), and C'(1, -6).

i.e. we have:

(-1,2) → (3,-2)

i.e.

(-1+h,2+k)= (3,-2)

i.e.

-1+h= 3 and 2+k= -2

i.e.

h= 3+1 and k= -2-2

i.e.

h=4 and k= -4

This means that ΔABC was shifted 4 units to the right and 4 units down.
