C. By definition permeable soil is soil which water and other fluid flow easily through (like sand) If a plant needs drainage the soil will need to flow through the soil easily.

Answer:

The permeable soil best for plants that need a lot of drainage as water flows through this type of soil.

Step-by-step explanation:

Plants are generally deeply rooted in the soil they grow. So, for its proper growth, the soil around the roots of the plant needs to be moist. So, permeable soil tends to be the best soil, as water flows through every part of the soil including all the layers thereby providing maximum water to the roots of the plants.

Percolation of water in the soil layers is a vital part of advanced for plant growth due to the availability of an ample amount of water throughout.
