Explanation:

In the inequality it says negative 3 over 5 is bigger than -0.8. On number lines the bigger number is always to the right of the smaller number. since negative 3 over 5 is expressed as larger it goes to the right of -0.8 on the number line. But even though negative 3 over 5 is bigger than -0.8, its still a negative number, so it should go to the left of 0. Thus, the answer is A.
