Answer: 2.660
Explanation:
=> 2660/1000 = 2.660
There are 3 Zeroes in 1000. Therefore shift the decimal point 3 places towards the left. Hence it becomes 2.660

2.660 I’m not sure if you mean the 1000 is dividing but that should be your answer I guess
