Answer:

a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b)

x^4 - 36 = (x^2 + 6)(x^2 - 6)

k^3 - 27 = (k - 3)·(k^2 + 3·k + 9)

3m^4 - 48n^2 = 3(m^4 - 16n^2) = 3(m^2 + 4n)(m^2 - 4n)
