What is a function? Can the following sets of ordered pairs represent a functions? Why or Why not?

A= {(-4,-4), (2,0), (6,4) ,(10,2)}
B ={(9,3), (9,-3), (4,2), (5,-2)}
C ={(-3,7), (-2,7), (-1,7),(0,7)}

a relationship or expression involving one or more variables.

"the function (bx + c)".

the can not represent a function because they are not a problem it is an orederd pair with no variable as in they all have one input and a different oput.
