Form 2 equations:-

z = 3h ( because opposite angles in a parallelogram are equal)

z + 7h = 180 ( because inside angles add up to 189 degrees).

Substitute z = 3h in the second equation:

3h + 7h = 180

10h = 180, so h = 18.

Therefore z = 3h = 54.
