Put the whole number over 1, turn it into a fraction. Then multiply by the reciprocal of the fraction you wanted to divide by.

Youd put the whole number over 1 and multply it by the recipricol of the fraction(flip it). like this:
8 /(3/8)
(8/1) *(8/3)
64/3=
21 and 1/3
