Answer:

A.
(4x^(2)+1)(3x+1 )

Explanation:

The following lines will show the process of factorization by using common factor.

Line 1:

In line 1, we group terms from which the common terms will be factored out.

12x^(3)+4x^(2)+3x+1=0

(12x^(3)+4x^(2) )+(3x+1)=0

Line 2:

In line 2, we find the common terms from both groups.
4x^(2)
is the common term in group 1 and 1 is common for group 2.

4x^(2)(3x+1 )+1(3x+1)=0

Now we take out the common term from whole equation which is 3x+1.This leaves us with equation as follows:

(3x+1 )(4x^(2)+1)=0

which is option A.

So option A.
(4x^(2)+1)(3x+1 ) is the correct answer.
