balance- walking on a balance beam. heal to toe on balance beam to practice balance.
coordination- standing balance with ball tossing. stand on one foot and toss ball back and forth
power- squat jumps. squat and jump straight up then go back to squat position. develops power in lower body
reaction time- toss a ball back and forth at different speeds
speed- sprint. try to sprint as fast as possible and time each time
