Answer:

(9(x+4))/(x+2)

Explanation:

factorise the quadratics on the numerator/ denominator

x² + 8x + 16 = (x + 4)(x + 4)

x² + 6x + 8 = (x + 2)(x + 4)

(27(x^2+8x+16))/(3(x^2+6x+8))

=
(27(x+4)(x+4))/(3(x+2)(x+4))

cancel the 27 and 3 (27 ÷ 3) = 9 and (x + 4) on numerator/denominator

=
(9(x+4))/(x+2)
