A) true because |-6| = 6

C) true because |-6|=6, |-7|=7 and 6<7

Explanation:

Absolute value is always positive and it about the number of units to zero regardless of if its negative or positive. If you are at -5 it takes 5 real steps to get to 0 do we say |-5| = 5 (steps). and |5| = 5, which is the same.

so we can basically ignore negative signs inside the | |

|-10| = 10

|45| = 45
