I think it would be -4w²+3w-16

Because -3w² combined with w² would be -4w²

-w combined with 4w would be 5w

and -7-9= -16

So the answer would be C. -4w²+3w-16

because there is a negative sign outside of the bracket, the negatives inside turn positive and the positives turn negative.
