First of all we can convert km/hr into m/s
30km/hr=(30*1000)/3600m/s =25/3m/s
Now. Since the velocity changes from 0 to 30km/hr(or 25/3),
Acceleration =(final velocity -initial) /time taken
=(25/3-0)/5=5/3 or 1.66m/s^2
