From a critical point of view, concerning the internal and international imbalance in which the developing process has led, is hard to imagine what's coming next.

As part of this new era, craftsmanship has almost disappeared. Everything has been industrialized (a complex reality that includes the creation of markets, financing procedures and the organization of production processes). And it could be said that technological advances have helped humanity to live more comfortably, but at a high cost. And in relation to the irruption of technology in the industry it should be remembered that not always the most sophisticated technology implies a greater use of qualified work. Rather, we could say, that this incorporation will allow increases in labor productivity that will put aside the ingenious mechanisms of cost reduction through policies of rationalization of production.

It should also be remembered that globalization and the irruption of technology invaded families and interrelations. Taking into account its benefits it shorten the distances. But we must not forget, the overproduction and accumulation of products that has filled our planet.

The planet begins to demand, through its climatic changes, all the mistreatment suffered. The era of the revaluation of relationships, of union, of encounter, of sincere encounter is coming.

Going back to what's simple, it's difficult battle ...but there's no time to lose... technology advances and obsoletes the devices at a record time.

Time to revalue the small things, the everyday stuff, the encounter, the other ... that is what is to come

In the future, America would most likely focus on developing the relationships between different ethnicity that live in united states.

Over several generations, people started to learn to accept different culture and ethnicities due to Globalization. Despite this situation, many people who live in america still experience racism even though it no longer openly accepted. In the future, people would most likely focus on this sociological issue until we as Americans can truly united as one despite our difference in backgrounds.
