-2/radical 3

Explanation:

radical 8 can be written as 2 times radical 2

radical 6 can be written as radical 2 *radical 3

you have radical 2 as common for both so you can cancel those

and you remain with -2 on the top and radical 3 on the bottom

so the answer is -2/radical 3
