When mRNA is made, it makes a complementary copy to the template strand of DNA (so answer is B).

Making the mRNA is like making DNA except there is no T (thymine)...so when making the mRNA the rules are

DNA is A, mRNA is U

DNA is T, mRNA is A

DNA is G, mRNA is C

DNA is C, mRNA is G
