Help me with this question plz someone!

The distance between each base on a major league baseball filed is 90 feet. On a little league baseball filed the distance between each base is only 60 feet. When a major league player hits a home run how many more feet dose he run than a homerun hitter on a little league team?

Answer:

120 more feet.

Explanation:

Take 90 times 4. You take it by 4 because the player has to cross a base 4 times - home base to 1st - 2nd - 3rd - Home.

90 times four equals 360.

Now do this for little league - 60 times 4

60 times 4 equals 240

Subtract 360 minus 240

Answer should end up being 120.
