The right answer is A.

Cellular respiration is a total breakdown of glucose in aerobic condition, allowing a total release of its energy. It transforms O2 and sugar into CO2 and H2O.

Photosynthesis is the reverse reaction to that of cellular respiration: it converts solar energy, water and CO2 into oxygen and sugar.

So water is a product of cellular respiration, not a substrate.
