Hi there!. As you can see on the table, the free time decreases as you increase number of sports teams which is y and x axis.

As x increases and y decreases.

The y values decreases by 7.

46-39=7

39-32=7

32-25=7

So this is a decreasing function.

An this is a linear relation.
