There are three steps.

The steps are at 8 from 0 to 1, at 12 from 1 to 2, and at 16 from 2 to 3.

Closed circles are on the left side of each step, and open circles are on the right.

hope that helps

Answer:

A line that starts at (0, 8) and ends at (3, 20 ) with a slope 4. The endpoint is an open circle.

Explanation:

The graph will be a line since this is a linear function. The graph will start at (0, 8) with a closed circle or point. A straight line is then drawn from this point to (3,20) with a slope of 4. The end point will be an open circle since x=3 has a parenthesis in the domain and is therefore not included. However, everything leading up to 3 is included.
