Answer:

Ques 1) x=7.884096

Ques 2) x=12.580065

Ques 3) x=8.48048

y=5.29919

Explanation:

Ques 1)

Since the triangle is a right angled triangle and we are given the base=x units.

hypotenuse=22 units.

Let the measure of third angle be 'y'.

Also the measure of one angle is 90°, the measure of second angle is 21°, hence the measure of third angle will be:

y+90°+21°=180°.

y=69°.

Hence, Now using the trignometric identity with respect to angle y.

We know that
\ cos(69 \degree)=0.358368=(B)/(H)

Here B=x and H=22

Hence, x=22×0.358368=7.884096.

Ques 2)

We are given ∠S=33°.

so we will use the trignometric identity to find the value of x.

again,

\ cos(33 \degree)=0.838671=(B)/(H)

Here B=x and H=15 m.

Hence, x=15×0.838671=12.580065 m

Ques 3)

We are given ∠A=32°

we are using trignometric identity to find the value of the variable 'x' and 'y'.

\ cos(32 \degree)=0.848048=(B)/(H)

\ sin(32 \degree)=0.529919=(P)/(H)

Here we have B=x,P=y,H=10

Hence, the value of x=0.848048×10=8.48048

and y=0.529919×10=5.29919
