I need to find the value of cos C-example-1

cos C is equal to

(adjacent \: side)/( hypotenuse)
The adjacent side is 36 and the hypotenuse is 45, so using the formula:

\cos(c) = (36)/(45) = 0.8
The answer is cos C = 0.8
