If your question is how to get in fitness, all you have to do is work out, but that its self wont get you into shape, if you work out and then eat MILLIONS of food, not really, but a lot of food then what happens is all that workout you just did vanishes because you had one bite of pork... Why pork you ask? Well the fattest foods is

#1 Pork (bacon, some hot dogs, some burgers, and etc.)

e#2 Red meat (Most burgers, Most hot dogs, Sausges, Most Foods, etc)

#3 Big Snacks/ Tasty candy ( Crackers, Chocolate, Gummy Worms, etc.)

#4 Sweet Candy ( Skittles, maybe m n ms)


I could name more but if you just asked what you could replace with that is always TURKEY, turkey can be replaced as Red meat and Pork, also i'm not saying you cant ever eat these foods, just saying to take a easy on them.
