In a city school, 60% of students have blue eyes, 55% have dark hair, and 35% have blue eyes and dark hair. What is the probability (rounded to the nearest whole percent) that a randomly selected student has dark hair, given that the student has blue eyes?

60% have blue eyes.

35% have blue eyes and dark hair.

Divide the percent that has both blue eyes and dark hair by the percent who have blue eyes:

35 / 60 = reduces to 7/12 = 58.3% have dark hair given they have blue eyes.
