Answer:

1. Always place the baby on his or her's back, even for naps. This is the safest sleeping positions to prevent SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome)

2. The baby should have six or more wet diapers per day after the mother’s milk has come in

3. The baby should have 3 or more bowel movements per day, also check the color of the feces

4. Make a follow up appointment no later than 48 hours after discharge with the baby's doctor

5. For feeding, bottles and nipples do not need to be sterilized, but they should be thoroughly cleaned with hot, soapy water

Back to sleep to prevent SIDS.

If a Plastibel clamp is used for circumcisions, it should fall off by itself in 5 to 7 days.

Change the newborns diaper at least every 4 hours.

Tub bath should not be given until circumcision is healed.
