Answer: A' (5,9)


Explanation:

1. You have that the translation is
(x,y)
(x+7,y) and the coordinates of A is (-2,5). Then:


A(-2+7,-5)
A(5,-5)

2. As you can see, -5 is 7 units below of the line of reflection
y=2, therefore, you can know the coordinates of A' as following:


A'(5,7+2)\\A'(5,9)

3. Then, the coordinates of A' is (5,9)
