If a Bill is approved by the Committee and has survived a House of Representatives vote it will go to the SENATE.

The United States Congress is BICAMERAL (meaning it has two cameras): the lower being the House of Representatives (with at least 1 seat per state, depending on the population said state has) and the Senate (2 members represent each state).

After the proposed law has gone through a House Of Representatives vote, it moves on to the Senate. After that, if it passes, it goes to the President.
