For this case we have initially, an ordered pair of the form:

(x, y)

We want to make the following transformation:

Translation that is 4 units to the right and 3 units down.

The rule that describes this transformation is given by:

(x, y) ----------------------> (x + 4, y-3)

Thus, for any ordered pair, the transformation is:

(x + 4, y-3)

Answer:

(x + 4, y-3)
