Answer:

n=1

Explanation:

5^ (n-3) = 1/25

We can rewrite 1/25

1/25 = 1/5^2 = 5^-2

5^ (n-3) = 5^-2

Since the bases are the same, the exponents have to be the same

n-3 = -2

Add 3 to each side

n-3+3 = -2+3

n =1
