Graph -3x^2+12y^2=84. what are the domain and range?

I already know the domain is all real numbers and the range is y
I just need to find out how you get to that.

Step-by-step explanation:

Written in standard form, the hyperbola's equation is ...

... y^2/7 - x^2/28 = 1

Then the ends of the transverse axis are located at y = ±√7. The region between these values is excluded from the range of the relation.
