Im not gonna tell you exactly what i wrote just for plagiarism reasons, but im gonna tell you literally how to write it without actually writing it lol.

1st sentence: Explain the thing you think is a central theme. (theme ideas: racism, family, injustice)

2nd sentence: Explain why you think its a central theme. (say something like "I think its the central theme because it shows up in the book quite a lot.")

3rd sentence: Look back on/explain an occurrence/occurrences that happen in the book that the theme is what you think it is.

4th sentence: explain more occurrences and more evidence as to why you think this is the theme.

5th sentence: think of/find a counterargument and dispute it using evidence from the text. (if you are doing it for family then you could say a counterargument is that family isnt a central theme because it doesnt show up as many times as racism does in the book, and you could dispute that using a few more quotes from the book)

Cassie's shock when Jeremy says that he does not like his older brothers demonstrates her firm belief that family is more important than anything else.
