Given: <1 and <2.

<1 + <2 =
180^(o) (supplementary angles)

If <1 ≅ <2 (congruent property), then we have;

<1 + <1 =
180^(o)

2<1 =
180^(o)

<1 =
(180)/(2)

=
90^(o)

<1 =
90^(o)

So that since <1 and <2 are congruent, then;

<1 ≅ <2 ≅
90^(o)

Therefore if <1 and <2 are supplementary and congruent, then they are right angles.
