Why the ureolytic bacteria produce CaCO3?

Answer:

Ureolytic bacteria hydrolyze urea to generate ATP by the efflux of ammonium ions through ATP-synthase, producing carbonate. In the presence of calcium ions in excess, calcium carbonate will precipitate.
