The answer would be B. Because police doesn’t have any power, The citizens don’t vote for them and if they do it’s majority rules.

Answer:

I believe the answer is B, my friend.

Step-by-step explanation:

A. Laws are not made by the police

B. Laws can forbid one from performing an action, as well as require people to do things such as show up in court.

C. Not every citizen has to vote on a law.

D. Freedom of speech overrides this completely

Thus making B the answer.
