You can talk to them about the benefits of going to college. Then talk to them about their goals and dreams. And that show them the colleges that offer what the friend is interested in and tell them how they can go above and beyond to achieve it. If they refuse talk to them about how they can get degrees for what they want and they can work for big businesses of their interest.
