Pie chart % for each :

A = (49 / 272) * 360 = 64.85

B = (50 / 272) * 360 = 66.18

C = (38 / 272) * 360 = 50.29

D = (60 / 272) * 360 = 79.41

E = (75 / 272) * 360 = 99.26

Difference between C and D

(79.41 - 50.29) = 29.12%
